Age verified shipping requires adult age verification in the form of government-issued photo identification from a recipient at the time of delivery.
Certain states (Texas, North Dakota, Virginia, and California) require by law that packages containing Vapor products be shipped with age verification because it’s an effective way to ensure shipments are received by an adult or a specific adult addressee as required. If your state requires age verified shipping (Texas, North Dakota, Virginia, and California) you MUST pick age verified shipping. If you do not select the correct shipping method your order will be canceled and refunded.
Age verified shipping cost an additional $5.25 per shipment. (Your shipping cost + $5.25= total shipping cost).
Most orders usually ship within 1-2 days. If you place your order Saturday-Sunday, your order will be processed Monday.
Once your package starts its journey to you, you will be receiving a confirmation email from us! The confirmation email will include your tracking number, letting you know that your goodies are on the way!
There are many reasons why your order could have been canceled but the most common reason is because we were unable to verify your age. To prevent this from happening again, please fill out our age verification form, once the form is filled out you won’t have to worry about it again! If you have already verified your age and your order was still canceled please email us at email@example.com with your order number.
If your order has not shipped yet, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the mistake and our team will try our best to help resolve the problem. If the order has shipped we are no longer able to make any changes to the shipment. Please make sure to double check your order!
